Master Bedroom Update

After completing the Master Bath, I knew the Master Bedroom was next on my list to tackle. I wanted the blue to flow from the craft room, through bathroom, into bedroom. And now that the bathroom's done, I'm really ready for the bedroom update and to use the bedding and lamps I found back in May. Plus, you know, checklists need checking off, ha!

The painting did take about 3- 4 days because I could only paint a couple hours each day between school, taking care of kids and going to fall festivals.

 Ah, so much brighter and so fresh! I love it already.  I decided on a stenciled accent wall- I've wanted to do one for a long time. However, the blue doesn't pop on the white as much as I thought and it's hard to see on camera. It is beautiful in person, but definitely more subtle than I initially anticipated.

Again, the stencil did not come out exactly as I originally intended, but I was not about to re-do any of the painting in this room and I still love it. The lamps are probably my favorite find, absolutely love them. Just perfect. Now it's time to find some curtains and decor!
